"We upgraded to the mountain view room, which was also right near the elevator and heard the exact same sounds! Clearly they have issues with the elevator noise coming through ventilation ducts or something, but it's interesting that they pretended not know anything about it. At any rate we had to start getting ready for our dinner at Eden, and the view was stunning, so we decided just to stay in that room."
